This hands-on courseware covers the essentials of Autodesk Civil 3D for the draughtsperson. Students learn how to work with Civil 3D objects from the styles and labels point of view. A significant amount of time is also dedicated to plan production automation.
Autodesk Civil 3D Advanced Workshops
This hands-on advanced-level courseware covers the advanced tools of Autodesk Civil 3D. Attendees can choose any workshops listed in the brochure. Topics are divided into workshops. The duration of one workshop is one day. Topics from different workshops can be combined and we will estimate the time needed for training.
Devotech iDAS & Autodesk Civil 3D for Pipe Networks (all network types)
This course is designed to teach users the pipe network design and analysis in Devotech iDAS and Autodesk Civil 3D. The course covers gravity systems such as stormwater and sewer networks as well as pressurised water systems such as water reticulation and bulk water pipelines. The training focuses on all the aspects of the design, analysis, plan production, reports and quantities.
Devotech iDAS & Autodesk Civil 3D for Bulk Water & Water Reticulation
This course is designed to teach users all the tools needed to design a pressurised water system in Devotech iDAS and Autodesk Civil 3D. The training focuses on bulk water pipeline design and analysis, water reticulation network design and analysis, pumps, valves, water tank sizing and clash detection. All other tools needed for successful design such as surfaces, platforms, COGO points, plan production and quantities are also covered in this course.
Devotech iDAS & Autodesk Civil 3D for Storm & Sewer Networks
This course is designed to teach users the pipe network design and analysis of stormwater and sewer networks in Devotech iDAS and Autodesk Civil 3D. It also covers plan production, reports and quantities.
Devotech iDAS & Autodesk Civil 3D for Advanced Road Design
This course covers more advanced topics related to road network design such as advanced road subassemblies and assemblies, roundabout design, cul-de-sac design, advanced longitudinal sections, workflow for township design and workflow for long road projects.
