If you import a new band set in the pipe network profile view, Autodesk® Civil 3D® resets the Data Source (under profile view properties). As a result, the labels are not displayed in the profile view bands:
To fix this problem, you need to set the Data Source for each and every pipe network band in each and every profile view which can take a few hours for large pipe networks:
Fortunately, iDAS has a command to set the Data Source for multiple profile views simultaneously. Use the iDAS - Profiles - Set Datasource command:
Select the pipe network and profile views you want to modify (there is also an option to add or remove profile views from the selection):
Result:
The selected network is automatically assigned to all the Pipe Data band type in the profile view properties:
NOTE:
If the suggestion above does not help, try the following:
1. Make sure that the layer with the profile view band labels is not frozen or switched off :
2. Check if the labels are not turned off in the profile view band styles:
